Doc De Haven Combo:  "What's New/Preacher" Cuca J-1200; Condition (G), light surface noise when played.  Record has surface marks and scuffs.  Note masking tape side 2 on label. 
Both records play without any skips.  Generic sleeves. At listing time, these look to be fairly rare 45s to find online for sale.  Please see photos.
