This Jackie McClean LP plays real nice.  An occasional pop is heard but not that much.  An occasional crackling can be heard, again, not often.  Great playing experience. Virtually noise free between most tunes.  The vinyl is shiny with a few superficial marks.  The first side has a mark across the tunes - see pic.  It does not affect play at all!  Some pops occur between the first and second tune on side two and continue into the second tune.  Lots of quiet passages on this masterpiece.  When the music is louder you don't hear the pops as much.  It's just on this second tune on side two.  The crackling is evident here and there.  Maybe it needs a degritter?  Overall it plays great except for that second tune on side two where there is some crackling and an occasional pop.  It looks like some sleeve marks are able to be seen.
The labels look good except for a manufacturers defect.  On side one there are some letters - "ER" right above the word LONG.
The cover looks pretty decent.  Some ring wear is seen - see pics.  The title spine shows wear as does the bottom. There is an initial and some pen right next to it.  It boasts the NY address.
The inner sleeve is a Liberty promo one.
This record is pretty nice overall even with the detractions listed above.
