Depeche Mode Everything Counts 10 inch from 1989. U.K. Numbered vinyl issue in an envelope sleeve with a window sticker and 2 cards. Numbered 02140. Rare 10 inch in this nice condition.
Again, Ive had this for awhile and it's been stored away on a shelf in its protective sleeve. I will use record collector gradings I found online. 
Vinyl is visually graded.
The vinyl is nice, very good plus plus I would say, light marks, minor shadowing on one side. The numbered envelope sleeve is nice, very good plus I would say, light wear, minor creases, minor marks. The 2 cards are near mint. The window sticker is unused, near mint.
With everything going on in the world, please be patient as some places are taking a long time for delivery, even the U.K. still.
The Royal Mail have hiked their prices and it’s now £24.40 to ship to many countries with signed for, mainly the states, Canada and other places outside Europe. 
Europe is £14.50 with signed for. Please wait for the invoice.
Postage in the uk is £5.80 and that will include Royal Mail signed for. I will ship abroad but definitely not without signed for or tracking. I will combine shipping.
