Cover: G+ shape. Looks like someone taped the shrink to the cover at some point, so yellow residue is along the opening edge. Also has light to moderate corner wear and a tear on the top right.
Record: VG+ shape. Has a light amount of superficial surface scuffs, nothing that can be felt.
