Mega rare Private Press funk/soul album "Song Wars" by The Peach. This was released in 1978 on Album Concepts, ACR-4022. It has never been reissued and is long out of print. There is a mix of original songs and covers on this album, highlighted by their excellent versions of "Shining Star" and "Always There".
The record rates Very Good. Record has nice luster and is very clean overall. It does have some light superficial (ghosting) marks and very light sleeve scuffs. There is a mark on "Right State of Mind" that does cause a little minor surface noise. It plays great but there are some moments of light surface noise/light crackle. No skips. It also has a very minor warp that does not affect play whatsoever.
The cover rates VG Plus. It is in great shape with just some minor creases/wear on the seams and overall light storage wear. No seam splits.
