This item is: Johanna Martzy (violin) and Jean Antonetti (piano) - Schubert Rondeau Brilliant & Fantasie in C major UK Columbia 33CX 1372, blue and gold label Released in 1956, a very rare lp. Matrix: XRX 207-1N and XRX 208-4N. Side A has a 1P mother and stamper, side B has 1L Visually the A side EX condition, (skating mark and a small pressing bubble), B side is NM. A side audio is VG+ to EX-. There is some low crackle and static type sounds, this lessens as the side plays through, it's very occasional from the middle of the side. There are a few crackly ticks / pops at the start of the side B side audio is EX to EX-, minor static crackle and low background sounds decrease as the side plays, maybe this is more evident at the start of the side where the music is quieter. A few very occasional soft ticks on playback.  Scalloped flipback sleeve is in VG- condition. The sleeve has had sticky tape around the edges at some point, but this this has peeled off and there has been some effort to clean up the edges of the sleeve. There are no splits or tears on the sleeve or edges. Some residue of sticky tape does remain in some places, tiny date in pen on the rear ('56). Original poly-lined inner sleeve, (folds to corners).
