The promotional Swan Record Mailers that I purchased are all top shelf. There were less then 50 known to exist, and less then half are in NM/Mint uncirculated, unused condition, and this is one of those very very few NM/MINT examples !! Anything you see for sale, by any another seller, I passed on simply because I felt they were worn out, in poor condition, ripped, torn, written on, trashed, and were used as storage by Mr. Gates, stuffed with records.
There are less then 20 of these known to exist in this NM/MINT condition, and I own them all. I don't know why anyone would want them in garbage condition, when you can add one to your collection that is NM/MINT !!

Here you have the opportunity to own this stunning Beatles Swan pressing 'She Loves You', with it's gorgeous picture sleeve, with NO seam splits, NO rips/tears, NO writing, NO staple holes, NO stamped prices, NO stickers/glue residue.
The Swan record mailer was just recently unearthed. The 45, sleeve and mailer we procured from the Walter Gates estate.
This SWAN MONO 'She Loves You' has never had a needle on it or even been on a turntable. It shows NO scratches, NO scuffs, NO marks of any kind that would show it was ever played or even handled by anyone after it's pressing !
The labels are the nicest I've ever seen, with NO writing, NO fading, NO stickers, NO rips/tears and NO marks of any kind.

It was kept in Walter Gates possession and most likely went straight from the pressing plant right into his home, never to be touched again. When you hold this record in your hand, you will know it hasn't been played or handled for 59+ years !!
You're getting the Super Mega Ultra Rare SWAN record mailer, which has just recently been discovered,
via of Mr. Gates estate. It has been stored for OVER 60 YEARS, and is pristine brilliant gem mint uncirculated. There are NO splits and NO addresses/names. From over 60 years of storage, and the flap is fully functional.

This version is similar to the previous one, except "SHE LOVES YOU" is in even bigger type, the catalog number is printed in smaller type, and "DON'T DROP OUT" has dropped out. Released in 1964 these are early RCA pressings. The publisher's name was printed at the left side, running time printed at the right side of the label, with NO GEORGE MARTIN CREDITS. Rare pressing with She Loves You with quotation marks !! The 45s were pressed by RCA in Rockaway, New Jersey, can be identified by the thick letters used for the song titles. This thick title variation pressed with quotation marks. The trail off areas of these singles contain the following machine stamped markings:

Swan records was founded in 1957 in Philadelphia Pa., and remained in business for 10 years. Swan Records is probably best known for releasing The Beatles' "She Loves You" in the United States. The label was co-owned by Bernie Binnick and Tony Mammarella, and featured production talents such as Frank Slay and Bob Crewe, along with Walter Gates, but it was Binnick who secured the American rights to this song during a summer vacation in England. Oddly enough, in 1964 Swan also released the German language version "Sie Liebt Dich" in the United States, which failed to make a major impact.
Swan Records original address was 1405 Locust St in Philadelphia in 1960. Legendary icon Dick Clark helped them with promotions, with many of their artists, much before Beatlemania, but then the Payola scandal hit and Clarks involvement with the company had to be terminated. In 1962 Swan moved to 1703 Jackson Street. By 1963 they moved to their last offices, located at the northwest corner of 8th and Fitzwater Streets, in Philadelphia.
