Cover is in pretty nice shape. There was piece of tape placed on the middle of each of the edges. I've removed them, but there's still the residue/stain left from it. I don't know why, the edges are perfectly sharp and are not splitting at all. The record is in used shape, with lots of light scratches, but nothing notably bad, and it still plays fine.
