Gregory Isaacs shall forever be known as one of the best voices of reggae. A true legend of the game who rose up from the ghettos of western Kingston to conquer the world with his words. He had something for everyone in his arsenal too - plenty of love up ballads for those who like the soppy stuff, but also plenty of tuffer cuts that not only hit home physically, but mentally too - his talk of social issues always came with compelling conviction, while stories of street life were full of colour. He recorded this one in the early 1990s and is a digital delight with all of the above and more.
