If there are any issues with the item, we offer 30 days money back, or exchange (if available). We DO NOT offer return on items that are listed “for parts or not working”

If you need to return the item, please request a return and send the item back. As soon as we receive it, we will refund your money within 24 hours.

For Records: All vinyl records are graded visually and only occasionally, are they test-played. If they are test-played, there will be a video in the listing. If you purchase a record and disagree with our grading, we accept all returns and 100% money back

Shipping

We ship mostly USPS Priority mail or First class within 1 business day, tracking number is uploaded automatically. If you make a purchase on Friday afternoon, it most likely won’t be handled until Monday. Delivery can take 1-5 days depending on where you live.
