We do NOT offer partial refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we will accept a return. Missing inserts, booklets, other contents etc. will reduce your refund OR void your return completely.

Selling policy:
We do NOT prefer selling to collectors. Our ideal buyer is someone who is going to use these albums, ENJOY the music and does NOT mind a minor blemish.
Minor blemishes are possible. If you are particular about mint albums, please buy somewhere else. We are a wholesale seller with low competitive prices.

FOR USED VINYL: We sell VG+ or VG rated used vinyl. The rating applies to the Vinyl LP/EP, not the cover or sleeves. Cover or sleeves can have minor blemishes.
