Cover: F shape. Has a large crease down the middle that weakened the cover, moderate to heavy corner wear, ring wear, fully split spine, tape remains, 2" split on the bottom, some stains, and other minor flaws.

Record: G shape. Has a moderate to heavy amount of superficial surface scuffs, multiple scratches that can be felt, groove wear, and other flaws. Played through fine on two different turntables with no skips. Surface noise and pop present to varying degrees.
