If you do not like your purchase, return it for a full refund within 30 days. We do NOT offer partial refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we will accept a return. 
Missing inserts, booklets, other contents etc. will reduce your refund OR void your return completely. Please refer to ebay's refund deduction guidelines for metrics we use to determine reducing a refund.

Selling policy:
We do NOT prefer selling to collectors. Our ideal buyer is someone who is going to use these vinyl albums, DVDs / Blu-ray, Video games etc. ENJOY the items and does NOT mind a minor blemish.
Minor blemishes are possible. If you are particular about mint products, please buy somewhere else. We are a wholesale seller with low competitive prices.
