American Terre Thaemlitz aka DJ Sprinkles pretty much completed deep house with her album Midtown 120 Blues back in 2009, then put out Where Dancefloors Stand Still, one of the best ever deep house compilations in 2013. Now back on her own Comatose Recordings, she is still in deep musical waters but here with elements of dub, ambient and plenty of field recordings on new single 'Hovering Glows.' It's is a gorgeous work that gets a Little Guy remix that rides on loose drums, and vinyl mix that goes even longer. A sublime 12", no doubt.
