In very nice condition as you can see from pictures. A little spot in lower right hand corner and a small rip on seam on bottom of sleeve which I also show in pictures. No rips,creases or any other condition problems than the spot I mentioned. Great for the record collector for an upgrade in their collection. Please see pictures for condition and description.
