Brand new. These didn't have shrink wrap. I took the liberty to upgrade the record sleeves to audiophile quality to protect them. They also have thick archive quality bags over the entire record cardboard.
I do own two copies of this.. this was my spare copy but I am selling my collection to raise funds for an upcoming surgery.
