RETURNS:

Returns are accepted, typically within 30 days of receiving the item. All returned items will undergo inspection, and serial numbers will be verified to ensure they match the original sale. If the item is returned in the same condition it was sent and the serial numbers match, a full refund will be issued. However, if there is any issue with the returned item, you may receive a partial or no refund, as outlined in eBay’s Seller Protection Guidelines. A 20% restocking fee applies to items opened but still in their original packaging, and a 50% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and used. These fees will be deducted from the purchase price as part of the refund.
