Here we have an an archival 1st Press top copy of Bruce Springsteen- Born To Run released in 1975 on the CBS orange sunburst label. For anyone looking for the best condition copy they can find, you will struggle to find a better one than this beauty. I rarely grade records Near Mint but this looks like you bought it today which is amazing for an album that is 49 years old!
The record has been ultrasonically cleaned in our amazing Degritter and the vinyl has come up spotless with no visible marks. The labels and spindle holes are pristine - I would say this has been played no more than a couple of times ( including our test play). Graded NM.
Playback is open, detailed and very dynamic with huge depth. Turn up to loud and enjoy the ride! - this is meaty, full throttle stuff which still sounds as fresh as a daisy. Needless to say the vinyl plays through beautifully with no issues whatsoever.
The gatefold sleeve is smooth and crisp with no wear - a small amount of discolouration from age, but nothing that affects the sleeve's ability to do its job. Spine lovely and readable.
The original paper inner sleeve is present and in similar condition, however we have popped the record into a brand new poly lined inner sleeve to keep it pristine after cleaning - you will receive both.
An absolutely superb copy for a collector or to own, play and enjoy, in super clean and tested condition, all ready to pop straight onto your turntable and blast out!
