This is a really rare opportunity to own 3 factory sealed rare Richard Marx records! Overall condition of these 3 are really nice even for sealed records. I do not see any apparent rips in the shrink. The shrink on Rush Street is a little tight but only on the opening edge of the cover.
Given these have never been opened I can not confirm the condition of the vinyl inside! Sealed records will tend to warp over the years from the pressure of being sealed. This is being sold as a factory sealed vinyl and there will be no returns once opened.
