I believe this is a read-a-long record. The cover has some wear and tear. There's a piece torn out of the booklet (see pic 4) there's some light coloring on the inside (see last pic.) not really any ring wear on the cover. the cover is decent and displays nicely!
the record is very nice shape! with minimal wear, and only very light scratching maybe VG+ overall!
