I am selling off parts of my 3,000+ record collection, encompassing blues-rock, prog, psyche, folk, krautrock and hard rock, all of which are original or first pressings. The large majority of my records are all in excellent to near-mint condition, and all play without any loud pops, repeating tics or skips. All of my listings have low starting bids and reasonable 'buy-it-now' prices. My grading is strict and, unless a record is sealed, I play-grade everything on a high-end turntable.

Description:

This is a limited edition double LP pressing of '2039' by Gong, pressed on 180g vinyl. This was a recent warehouse find which was sealed from new. I opened it and have played it twice - once when I first got it, and then a test-play just before listing it here on eBay.

Both records have reacted with the original paper inner sleeves, having sat in them for so long, leaving superficial storage marks on the playing surfaces; however, these marks do not affect playback in any way whatsoever. All four sides play loud and clear with super dynamic sound - no pops, repeating tics, skips or background crackle.

The tri-panel gatefold cover is near-mint with very few signs of wear. Comes complete with an LP-sized 12-page booklet and a large fold-out colour poster that has never been hung. To prevent any futher damage to the vinyl playing surfaces, I disposed of the original generic paper inner sleeves, and replaced them with Mobile Fidelity inner sleeves. Also includes a CD-version of the album, housed in a simple card wallet. The CD has also only been played twice.
