Cover: G+ shape. Has a spot from an old sticker on the top right, 1.5" split on the top, some staining, light to moderate corner wear, edge wear, and other minor flaws.
Record: G shape. Has a moderate to heavy amount of superficial surface scuffs, with some marks that can be felt. Plays through fine with no skips.
