This was in The Smiths: Complete, a 2011 box set on Rhino that was remastered by Johnny Marr. The record is new however not wrapped, because each record in the box set was not individually wrapped. I inspected the vinyl, and it looks mint.
I also have Strangeways, and the World Won't Listen new vinyl on sale from the same box set.
