SLEEVE : Lovely.. just a light record shop stamp inside on the right at the top, otherwise Superb..Edges and corners sharp..Laminate tight...lovely and clean..spine lettering nice and clear: EX
INNER: just a couple of light creases, otherwise Superb: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few fine surface hairlines..nothing deep and plays beautifully with just a little light surface noise occasionally in quieter parts...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Lovely clear sound all the way through: VISUAL EX- / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
