It's not), but now we are selling our inventory on line.  All “NEW/SEALED” items are direct from the distributor in retail packaging, unless otherwise stated. All “USED” items have been visually inspected. Some “USED” items may have price labels or label residue, we will describe in detail in each listing. Please make sure you read the entire product listing and ask any/all questions prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING/PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: We ship all items within 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. We do not offer RETURNS/REFUNDS or REPLACEMENT ITEMS for NEW/SEALED MERCHANDISE. All CDS are shipped wrapped in bubblewrap between 2 firm “paperboard” inserts. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPS are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER between 2 bubblewrap sheets. All other items are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom boxes. Any problems with NEW/SEALED merchandise performance or quality is the responsibility of the manufacturer not Rock Candy Music. We do our best to describe all USED items as honestly and completely as possible. Please report any problems with USED merchandise immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem.

SHIPPING: If you would like to add insurance, expedited shipping or custom packaging to your order, you MUST CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT and we will send a revised invoice with the additional charges. International Shipments cannot be tracked, therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping times or quality of service.
