DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE : slight wear around the edges, otherwise lovely...nice and clean...Spine lettering clear: VG+

INNERS: tiny hole on the centre of one side, otherwise Superb: EX

VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a couple of those wispy 'ultrafine' paper contact hairlines...plays Superbly with barely any surface noise anywhere...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL EX+ / AUDIO EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
