I HAVE ADDED 6 PHOTOS FOR YOU TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THESE 6 ICONIC EARTH, WIND & FIRE FUNK ALBUMS! 12". 5 LPs.
Going through the albums one by one, here are the details:
That's the Way of the World - Columbia PC 33280 - 1975 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG. Record is VG+ (sound tested), with some surface scratches that don't affect play. This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
I Am - ARC/Columbia FC 35730 - 1979 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, light edge wear, light crescents from vinyl beneath, light scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG++.  Record is VG (play tested), with some surface scratches that don't affect play. This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
All 'N All - Columbia 34905 - 1977 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG+. Record is VG (play tested), with some surface scratches that don't affect play beyond a little hiss.  I was surprised this one played so well, frankly.  This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.  Album also comes with a large fold out posted.  I also don't grade posters.
Spirit - Columbia PC 34241 - 1976 - Jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG.   Side 2 has a scratch (and a lot of some small surface scratches) on the first two tracks that has one skip (sound tested) on Saturday Nite and so I am grading this record as G. This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.
The Best of... Vol.I - ARC/Columbia FC 35647 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, edge wear, crescents from vinyl beneath, scuffing, small creases.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG+, with some surface scratches that don't affect play (play tested). This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.

We use Goldmine® visual grading, which breaks down like this (please do read through this record grading if you are not familiar with it):
M (mint) Record is new, shiny, never played.
NM (near mint) Record is like new, probably played a few times, but it doesn't effects on the quality of a sound.
EX (excellent) Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise.
VG+ (very good plus) Record has been played more times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip.
VG (very good) Record has been played many times, may be more surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing.
G (good) Record is in bad condition, this is worth only for archive items - just to have that until you find better.
P (poor) Record is a mess and probably will skip (Goldmine doesn't actually offer a "poor" rating but this is how we would describe POOR).
REGARDING DUST - IF YOU ASK 5 DIFFERENT RECORD COLLECTORS THEIR PREFERRED WAY TO REMOVE DUST YOU WILL GET 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND EACH MIGHT BE OFFENDED BY THE OTHER COLLECTORS METHOD OF REMOVING DUST. SO WHEN I SEE DUST ON A VINYL I SELL IT AS IS BUT I TRY TO LET YOU KNOW IN THE LISTING IF YOUR VINYL NEEDS A LIGHT OR HEAVY DUSTING.
WHEN I SHIP RECORDS I SHIP THEM ON TOP OF THE JACKET, NOT INSIDE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS IS THE COMMON AND PREFERRED WAY TO SHIP A RECORD. THIS KEEPS IT FROM CUTTING THROUGH THE CLOSED SIDES OF THE JACKET DURING SHIPPING. I SHIP IN CARDBOARD RECORD BOXES AND I USE BUBBLE WRAP (WHEN THE BOX ALLOWS ROOM FOR IT; OTHERWISE RECORDS ARE SNUG AND SAFE ENOUGH WITHOUT IT) TO ENSURE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES SAFELY.
