Lot of 10 Big Band 78 RPM records, all of them housed in a red leatherette hardback storage binder. The binder is in very poor condition, as in, the back cover is completely disconnected. But it has served to protect these records, at least, and still does somewhat. The binder sleeves are still sturdy.
And now, the 10 records. I am not a professional record grader and I have no way of playing these records. They are in varying conditions. All look playable, but I can see a few light scratches on some of them. I tried to take pictures that accurately reflect what they look like. No chips or gouges or anything like that.  Here are the records:
