VISUALLY GRADED (Vinyl)
Mint Visually clean surfaces, no wear around center hole. May not have been played.
Nm Has been lightly played, evident wear at center hole, very minor surface marks -- usually light paper-sleeve rub --that should not sound at all.
Vg+ More numerous surface marks, not enough to affect sound.
Vg May have scratches/ flaws that will sound.
Vg- Scratches and groove wear which will likely result in surface noise and 'snap, crackle & pop'.
G - Likely heavy surface noise due to plastic inner sleeve interaction with vinyl or many significant scratches; usually this grade is reserved for rare items of historical interest. Some of my records are library records which have a cloudy film due to this plastic-sleeve-vinyl interaction.
