What It Is:

This is the Velvet Underground's third album, featuring classic songs Sweet Jane, Rock and Roll, etc. The jacket shows the original 1841 Broadway address, but the LP has the 75 Rockerfeller Plaza address, which I assume means this is therefore a reissue (my WLP of this album has the 1841 Broadway address on the label). However, the run-out groove has the original mastering matrix information (see the Details section below). The jacket has some ring wear, but not in the upper, white part of the front of the jacket (which therefore looks excellent). The disk has superficial marks which are not audible and the record plays at least VG++.

Condition:

Jacket: VG++, a little ringwear at bottom of front and around back, but front looks great.
Record:a couple of very superficial hairlines on side 2, very very light scuffing on both sides, plays no less than VG++.

Grading standards:

All items are visually graded, and if they've been play graded that will be noted. I follow . My grading is conservative, at least as good as I would expect from anyone that I would buy from.
