Welcome to the Collide Records eBay store! We are an independent music store based in Wisconsin.   Most of our products are brand new and factory sealed from the manufacturer or artist and will be listed as “Brand New” condition.   Occasionally, we offer deeply discounted “Like New” items.    These are items that are still sealed but have a crack in the case, or have been opened but still in excellent condition.    These items will be listed as “Like New” and condition details will be given in the product description section. 

 

Shipping Discount

We offer a combined shipping discount if you purchase multiple items. We charge the regular price for the first item and only $1.00 for each additional item for every shipping method. You should see the option when you check out. If you do not, please purchase the items and hold off on payment. We will receive a notice about a combined shipment and send an invoice with the total charges.  To receive the shipping discount, all items must be paid for with one payment.  

 

Standard Shipping Service

Our Standard Shipping method uses the US Postal Service First Class Mail for one or two CDs.     Packages weighing more than 12 ounces (typically 3 or more CDs) will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.

Priority Shipping Service

For a small up-charge you can select USPS Priority Mail for a quicker delivery, especially during times when the post office is busy.  

International Shipping Service

We can ship outside the US via First Class International or Priority Mail International.    Shipping rates will be shown on the shipping tab.   Most international shipments arrive within 10 to 14 days, however, it could take longer due to customs delays.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Payments

We accept payment via Paypal.    If paying with a paypal e-check, the payment must clear before the package is shipped.

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed! Unopened items may be returned to us for a refund of the product price within 60 days of purchase. Sorry, we are unable to return any shipping and handling charges.
