I bought this record at a Switchfoot show in St. Louis in February of 2010 when they were busy touring to promote it. Lead singer Jon Foreman signed it out behind the venue after the show. It was very cold outside. The record itself has been played only once, and kept in a protective plastic sleeve. It really has not been touched at all. It is completely without blemishes or scratches. The spine looks great. Inner paper sleeve is just like new, no tears on the edges or anything. I take very good care of my records and this one was no exception!
