ABOUT US: We were a brick and mortar record store in a suburb of Los Angeles, CA, but now we are selling our inventory on line. 

OUR PRODUCTS: All “NEW/SEALED” items are direct from the distributor in retail packaging, unless otherwise stated. All USED LPs have been play-tested to ensure playability and grading accuracy. All USED CDs + DVDs have been visually inspected. If any marks are noted on the play surface then the item is play-tested to ensure quality.  Some items are PROMOTIONAL and may have saw-cuts, hole-punches, printing, etc. Some items will have noticeably removed price labels or label residue, we will describe any of these defects in detail in each listing. Please make sure you read the entire product listing, look at all photos and ask any/all questions prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING:  We ship all items within 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. All CDS are shipped wrapped in bubblewrap between 2 firm “paperboard” inserts. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPS are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER between 2 bubblewrap sheets and added cardboard support. All other items are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom boxes. Any problems with NEW/SEALED merchandise performance or quality is the responsibility of the manufacturer not Rock Candy Music. We do our best to describe all USED items as honestly and completely as possible. Please report any problems with USED merchandise immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem either through replacement or return/refund.

SPORTS CARDS:  Cards are shipped first class inside a poly penny sleeve between 2 pieces of cardboard.  Higher value cards are shipped inside a plastic toploader and between 2 pieces of cardboard.

NOTE: If you would like to add insurance, expedited shipping or custom packaging to your order, you MUST CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT and we will send a revised invoice with the additional charges. International Shipments cannot be tracked, therefore, we cannot guarantee shipping times or quality of service.

RETURN POLICY:  Every item is 100% Guaranteed to be "AS-DESCRIBED". Please read entire description.  Sometimes we could possibly make a mistake - not usually, but it could happen.  We will happily take a return and try our best to have you stay a happy customer.  Please contact us immediately to arrange return/refund.  Item must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. Items MUST be returned in original packaging.
