THIS ITEM WAS SEALED BUT HAD BEEN IN STORAGE FOR A WHILE.  I OPENED IT TO CHECK FOR ANY WARPS OR PRESSURE MARKS.  IT IS NEAR MINT HAVING NEVER BEEN PLAYED.  YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO SEE A FEW VERY MINOR PAPER / SLEEVE MARKS FROM STORAGE UPON CLOSE SCRUTINY.
