HELLO AGAIN!!

After quite a long break from selling (nearly two years!) im back to do a major ‘slim down’ of my collection and other lps which have made it into my household. Please note the below:

·        I’m not a record dealer or business, my record collecting is just a hobby (I have a full time career elsewhere!) and therefore fit in selling with work and family life.

·        I sell like I buy- please look at my feedback- I pay quickly, like to resolve any issues swiftly and in a ‘honest, straight forward way’. If I send out a record which doesn’t live up to expectations then I will GUARENTEE that the issue will be rapidly resolved to the buyers satisfaction in a friendly manner- I ALWAYS endeavour to get it right when grading a record but we are all human.

·        I only clean vinyl if I consider it necessary as everyone has their own preferred method; I will endeavour to play every lp in entirety on my Project Deck with Ortofon cartridge through a Cambridge audio amp & pre amp and Tannoy revolution speakers prior to listing. I will state in the listing if this HAS NOT happened or if the lp is SEALED.

·        I will describe every aspect of the package but without writing endless description- obviously a rare or unusual item requires more information and detail!

·        Please contact me if you have any questions, queries or want more photos.

All Vinyl Strictly Graded according to ‘RECORD COLLECTOR’ Grading System as set out below:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.

The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

Please see my feedback and comments and bid with absolute confidence!
