Long out-of-print and sought after by fans, Californian metal Cirith Ungol are finally reissuing their first three full-lengths on vinyl.
Released in 1984, King of the Dead was the quartet’s second album, and their first stint at self-production.
Speaking of the record, drummer Robert Garven says: “King of the Dead was our best album, and the reason was that we had total control over it.
“Every album could have been this good if we could have exercised complete control over its production and other things.”
