Sleeve: VG+, very close to EX, faint shelf wear, no ring wear, some heavier wear to the bottom right corner, very minor bends and wrinkles, no splits, the spine looks amazing! 
Records: EX, very close to NM! very, very faint paper scuffs that do not affect sound, play like new! the labels look new!

G+, deep scratches, skips/jumps, major wear, noise, almost not fun to listen to, mostly just for nostalgia.
VG, may skip once or twice and will have some noise.
VG+, slight surface scuffs/scratches will have some faint noise here and there, no skips.
EX, very faint scuffs/scratches that do not affect sound, should play like new, almost NM.
NM, looks new, may have never played.
M, sealed, perfect, even the shrink is perfect. Never sold a "Mint" record. A flaw can always be found or heard.
