Jazz News and Review was a magazine originated to cover the Jazz Scene, as the early 60's started seeing a lot of R&B bands coming through they played in the jazz clubs of that time and so this magazine was one of the few journals to keep its finger on the pulse of the emerging british R&B scene, this is why there are articles on Alexis korner, rolling stones and other R&B pioneers in these mags.

The Mazagine is A4 in Size Approx and is in incredible condition with no tears, writing or creases.

This Magazine features multiple articles and references to the jazz greats. At this time Jazz Clubs were pretty much the only venues to play music at in london so as the new R&B bands started to come through Jazz News magazine kept a watchful eye on the progress and reported it in their magazine. In some of these magazines you can see history being made.
