We bought this album when Slim and Michel Denis came to perform in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) in 1978 - 79 at the Hotel Meridien on the beach. A memorable evening, we met his French wife and had a wonderful time showing them around the town which in those years was still a little village, next to Dubaï.
VERY RARE in such an exceptional condition. Recording of Memphis Slim legendary Blues singer and pianist. In duo with drummer Michel Denis (who followed him for 18 years) with signature and dedication of Michel Denis and signature of Memphis Slim. The sound of the recording is of a superb clarity.
