All CDS are shipped wrapped in bubblewrap between 2 firm “paperboard” inserts. DVDs are shipped in bubblewrap. LPS are shipped in standard cardboard LP MAILER between 2 bubblewrap sheets. All other items are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom boxes. Any problems with NEW/SEALED merchandise performance or quality is the responsibility of the manufacturer not Rock Candy Music.
