Communication.
 Please communicate by ebay messages as i work on my own most the time and between driving, work, collections and deliveries i dont have much time to answer home phone and dont use mobile while driving. Also messages acts as the diary as not always got pen and paper either. 
 I am not online 24/7, mainly in the early morning and evenings.
 Due to other commitments and working on my own it is always best to give me 48 hours notice at least before collections, if you need item quickly please message and explain before quuction ends so i can be aware.
 As long as i have notice and nothing booked in i am flexible for collections but advance waring always helps.
 
Auction rules.
When bidding for items to be posted please pay within 4 days of auction end(unless arranged before auction end), otherwise i will open a case for non-payment, To many times people buy and dont pay.
Auctions where item is for collection only, please collect and pay within 7 days of auction end(unless arranged with me before auction end) or if you have paid for item i will start to charge a storage fee of £3 per day which would have to be paid before release of item(this has come abourt as i have had to many items not collected after over 6 weeks and i have to cancel transaction as no communication. If you have not paid then i will open a non payment case.

Courier collections.
 If you intend on getting a courier to collect then please make sure i am given a 2 hour slot of when they will arrive and a confirmed day, I can not wait in all day for a collection of one item. If no show with-in time slot and i am not there then please understand i have other commitments and other collections, deliveries for other people too.

Posting.
 I try and get things posted asap, but there is times as i work on my own that i can not post on time, i can only appologize for delays and if you need item by a certain time please send me a message before purchase and let me know, i can let you know if i can get posted straight away.

Sorry for the rules, only having to do this as i have had over 20% sales fall through over the last 2 months from non payment, non communication, and non collections and i have to move things on quicker than than gather dust sitting there for weeks.
