We will accept all returns depending on the conditions and reasons for your return and what happened.
We like excuses! =] So after receiving the item, talk to us, let us know what's going on, we can most likely work something out, but please open a return as soon as possible so you can continue your holiday shopping guilt free! 
Refund will be given as money back/refund of sorts. For damaged or opened/used goods there will be a  20% Restocking Fee. To qualify for a hassle-free return, you must pay with PayPal and have the item shipped to a US address.  The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
