You are bidding on a rare release:  A 1980 Canadian reissue of the Kinks 1968 album "Are The Village Green Preservation Society."  No big hits on this album, but I have heard "Picture Book" on some commercials in the states. The album is brand new, sealed.  It is mint; no bent corners, etc.

"A remarkably melodic and unified album. The songs are never boring, always having surprising and beautiful changes in chord progressions and melody. This originality and eccentricity makes the album sound timeless, despite its lyrical concern for recapturing youth and a lost England. A lovely album to listen to. 'The Village Green Preservation Society', 'Picture Book', 'Big Sky' and 'People Take Pictures of Each Other' are all standout tracks".
