Quality
This product is 100% officially licensed, brand new and never worn. We do not manufacture the product ourselves. We buy directly from the companies that the bands, artists and brands trust to distribute their products to retailers. They ship them in bulk to us, and we prepare them for retail shipping to you.
The manufacture of the product is held to the standard of the master licensee of the band, artist or brand – and we discontinue products that do not meet our own standards, which are with very few exceptions higher than our customers’ standards. Our suppliers have their own quality controls, and we also have quality controls to prevent selling or shipping of defective or damaged products.
Please note that if an item description refers to the item as distressed, it is made to look worn. Some people like the worn look without having to wear it first. It is still brand new.

Sizes
We usually carry multiple sizes of an item. See the “Size” drop-down selector towards the top of the page, beneath the listing title.
Measurements are standard to the type of apparel items described, though it can vary. If you usually wear a specific size, you can buy that size with confidence. But if you tend to waver between a two different sizes depending on brand or style, feel free to ask us for specific measurements before you buy. We don’t publish these for each listing because sometimes our suppliers switch blank brands when we restock, and for some people it makes a difference whether certain brands are pre-shrunk. We’re happy to talk to you or respond to you, and we have a fair return/exchange policy.
Handling Time
We usually ship orders by 2:00PM Pacific Time on business days. If you order before then, your order will probably be shipped same day. Orders after 2:00PM usually go out the next business day. Between Monday and Thursday, we almost always ship orders within 24 hours. If you order late on Friday afternoon or the weekend or a post office holiday, your order will ship by the next business day, by around 2:00PM Pacific Time.
Shipping
Free shipping in the United States is via First Class Package or better, and it includes tracking.
According to eBay and the postal service, a First Class Package takes 3-5 business days on average. A lot of our feedback compliments us specifically on fast shipping, and you can usually trust the eBay delivery estimate which takes our handling time into account.
Priority Mail shipping (2-4 business days) is available for a small upcharge, though if you order 2 or more apparel items, we usually ship Priority for free.
Please be understanding if delays occur outside of our control, due to weather or other matters affecting the postal service. We always do our best to handle and ship items as promised, and the weather and postal service cooperate with us almost all of the time, but there are occasional exceptions that affect all sellers.
We are a United States company. Delivery outside the United States varies. It must go through customs, and can take 2-6 weeks depending on your country’s customs office. If you are shipping this outside the United States, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. For international shipments, we mark all packages as required by law and eBay.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of the order date, and process refunds within a week of receiving the return. (During the winter holidays, we may extend the return period – please see the listing details if necessary. We’ll honor whatever is in the eBay listing at the time.) To start a return, go to eBay’s Hassle Free Returns page, where you can even print a return shipping label at our expense. We do exchanges whenever possible. Feel free to ask us before starting a return if you might like an exchange.
Returns are rare, and it’s extremely rare for us to refuse a return, because most of our customers are very considerate and so are we. If the product isn’t right for you, we want to give you your money back. But please know in advance that a returned item usually results in a seller losing money on that particular sale – because it costs us money to pay for the postage and re-stock the item (assuming it’s not damaged). That’s a cost of doing business, but we do have a couple basic conditions for returns that are summarized below.
All returns must be in brand new condition, free of stains, body odor, colognes, perfumes, etc. We understand that you may need to try something on for a moment to see if it fits or looks right on your body, or to feel if shrinkage after a wash may be a problem. That’s okay, but if you think you may need to do a return or exchange, please be considerate. Wrinkles and creases from folding, packaging and shipping are okay. Basically, return things in a condition you would expect to receive things. You can usually tape it back up in the same packaging it came in, but any packaging of equal or better quality should be fine. If you don’t have a mailer, the post office sells packaging. A simple bubble mailer works fine. When in doubt, feel free to ask us.
Please also see our Quality statement above. We have quality controls to prevent shipping of defective or damaged items, and do not accept returns for damage that occurs in a customer’s possession. Please exercise care when cutting open a package. Our packaging is robust enough to survive shipping around the world, but it is also designed to be easy to pull, tear, or cut open without causing damage. If an item is damaged in transit, it usually goes undelivered and the tracking never shows delivery confirmation, in which case we refund the item without question.
We’ve seen and smelled it all, and can tell if it’s been worn washed or intentionally damaged. eBay provides Seller protections to prevent a misuse of returns. But as long as you’re returning an item in brand new condition – which almost everyone does – it’s no problem. We understand that buying online without being able to touch and feel things is sometimes guessing game. We do our best to make it easy for you to buy and return with confidence, and worth your while to buy from us again.

We are usually available 9:00-5:00 PST during business days, though we sometimes answer during outside of business hours. If we don’t respond right away, leave a message, and we will usually respond within 24 hours.
