Issued in 1967 on RCA Victor, Nina Simone's Silk & Soul finds the versatile songstress tackling Burt Bacharach by way of Dusty Springfield on the "The Look Of Love," to go along with album opener "It Be's That Way Sometime" which was written by her brother Sam Waymon and an impassioned take on Morris Bailey Jr.'s  "Go To Hell" which was nominated for a Grammy award for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance.
