Bottom left and right corners have some significant creasing and wear to them.  The top left and the bottom right corners also have dings.  There is a thin saw mark in the upper right hand corner.  Please see photos to better understand.  The record is very clean.  There are some very minor sleeve scuffs but otherwise it looks excellent.  I listened all the way through on both sides and it sounds really great. Extremely quiet surface noise a few times but it very well could have been pieces of dust that fell on the record while placing on the turntable.  Sounded loud and dynamic.  I don't have a crazy high end system but i played it with a new grado red cartridge for those who care.
