This one's got a very different approach than some of Lee's recent deep funk sides – a more electric, 70s-styled slow funk groove – one that begins with great slow-stepping drums that burn with a nice southern soul undercurrent – topped off by warm keyboards and horn bits, all grooving at a laidback groove that's really outta site! "Honey Dove" is also incredible – and begins with a super-dope guitar bit that just snakes out at a really slow, slinky pace – setting things up for the mellow funky drums, and Lee's total soul vocal part!
