Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables - LP (I.R.S. Inc.)

I'm clearing out some of my duplicate copies.  This one is a first pressing (USA) of the DK's debut, Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables.  Essential punk album and benchmark of the American hardcore scene.  I.R.S. issue with rare “censored” back cover and “Police Truck” bonus track (which pretty much makes this a greatest hits, already packed with Kennedys klassics such as “California Über Alles,” “Kill The Poor,” “Holiday in Cambodia,” “Drug Me,” “I Kill Children,” “Let’s Lynch The Landlord” and their rendition of the Elvis Presley hit “Viva Las Vegas”). 

When purchased, I was told this was the first vinyl pressing on I.R.S., inside a rare temporary "censored" jacket (since the first pressing orange jackets were recalled, because Jello hated them).

Also includes the giant Fresh Fruit/Rotting Vegetables fold-out poster, still in excellent condition (no tape marks or pin holes from hanging on a wall;  appears “like new”)!

CONDITION:  Side A is glossy, looks and sounds Excellent (EX).
Side B has surface marks/scuffs, some crackle.
CLEANED AND PLAY TESTED

GOLDMINE GRADING STANDARDS:

M (mint) Record is new, shiny, never played.

NM (near mint) Record is like new, probably played a few times, but it doesn't effect the quality of a sound.

EX (excellent) Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise.

VG+ (very good plus) Record has been played more times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip.

VG (very good) Record has been played many times, may be more surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing.

G (good) Record is in bad condition, this is worth only for archive items - just to have that until you find a better copy
