Released 1968 by Apple Records . Cover is in Excellent - shape . Straight to every edge . Spine and seams all intact . Tough to find  . Has some light storage wear . Vinyl is in Excellent shape . Appears to have corrected Labels on all 4 sides .Number on the front  No 2654713. Comes with the photos and the Poster . Great Example .
