Pioneertown, California, home of Cosmic American Outpost, was named after Roy Rogers' Sons of the Pioneers, who were among the original investors and builders of this movie set town in 1946. They also had a recording studio here in Pioneertown, where many movies and old westerns have been filmed.
Vinyl is in great condition with little to no noticeable scratches or signs of wear.  Album sleeve / jacket / record cover is complete and intact, in great condition with no seam splits, tears or creases, though there is some writing in ballpoint pen on the back cover (hash marks and notes next to certain songs).
